Ultimaker Print Core CC 0.6
€299.00 Exc. VAT (€367.77 Inc. VAT)
Unlock printing of high-strength applications on the Ultimaker S-line with the print core CC, combined with a wide offering of composite materials in the Ultimaker Marketplace
With the print core CC being available in two different nozzle sizes – 0.4 and 0.6 – you now have the flexibility to optimize your composite applications, either to have a higher visual quality or shorter print time.
The print core CC 0.6 is ideal for printing composite applications that don’t require a high level of detail. As this print core can print at thicker line widths, you will be benefit from a shorter print time, allowing you to have the end result faster.
The print core CC is compatible with the Ultimaker S3 and S5. (It is not compatible with the Ultimaker 3 because its feeder is not wear-resistant for printing with abrasive materials)
Main benefits
- Aluminum heat sink without Teflon insert
- Titanium heat break
- Tool steel nozzle with TiN coating
- Features the same quick-swap design as other Ultimaker print cores for fast changeovers with no tooling and maximum uptime
- Each print core CC 0.6 is packaged with four spare Ultimaker S5 nozzle covers for long-term use
Development
A new CC print core design increases the reliability and robustness for printing with a wide range of composite materials. The new design features improved components such as an abrasion-resistant hardened steel nozzle and titanium heat break to achieve this.
More Materials
The Print Core CC enables printing with abrasive composite materials like a plastic filament reinforced with fibres, such as carbon, glass, ceramics, or metal
